In collaboration with Canon USA, today I'm excited to share how I'm keeping up on my scrapbooking while I'm traveling. This can be quite challenging as I filled my suitcases to the maximum weight limit, but I did pack a few supplies to bring with me. Since I take about 100 photos per day, it's better for me to keep working on an album while I'm here. Otherwise those might never get printed (I'm sure you know how that goes!)
I packed along my Canon SELPHY CP910 which my favorite printer that I've own, specifically because it can travel with me. Don't forget this post on how it traveled to Las Vegas to make a cute tag album. This time I'm using a 6x8 Sn@p Album from Simple Stories to do a pocket album of my summer trip.
The SELPHY is perfect for this because it connects through wifi and I can just print photos directly from my phone. I use the VSCOcam + Snapseed apps to edit everything then print them out on the postcard size Canon paper. You can easily do two 3x4 photos on one sheet of photo paper which works great for the pockets.
I brought along a variety of pocket pages and just use whatever works with my photos. I'm not too concerned about keeping every single photo in chronological order, I just like to have them in the album. I'm adding in little pieces of memorabilia as well as papers from my Mon Ami line + stamps from my Adventure kit. I'm so excited to see this album grow over the next two months!
