Last year I meant to send out Christmas cards but ended up traveling and only being home seven days in the month of December, so I decided to do Valentines. Copying last years idea, I jumped into the photobooth at the Ace Hotel in Portland with my message.
I put the Valentines together using newspaper from the New York Times, a little twine, Hero Arts stamps, Martha Stewart + Fiskars punches, and some little gems. Easy peasy. Whipped out 24 of these babies while catching up on an episode of the Bachelor.
Last year was the most challenging year ever for me... and I never would have gotten through it without my girlfriends. The amazing women in my life were there for me in so many ways. I'm sure most of them don't even realize how much their simple emails or phone calls or tweets or little messages meant to me. So this Valentines Day I had to send out a little love to those wonderful girls in my life who mean so much to me. (And you too, Mom + Dad!) Thank you for all the love and support you send my way.
And because I didn't brave the snow storm then forgot there's no mail today, they're still out there in the hands of the pony express. Hopefully they'll arrive by the time St. Patty's Day rolls around ;) Hope you all had a wonderful Valentines Day!
